1. The Spirit of Respect

At Sky Martial Arts, we believe that true martial arts begins with a living spirit and shines through our actions.

  • Mutual Respect: We foster a positive environment where students, parents, and instructors treat each other with the utmost respect and courtesy.

  • Professional Conduct: All members and their guests are expected to maintain a supportive and respectful atmosphere that reflects the values of Taekwondo.

  • Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff, students, or other families will result in immediate review of membership.

2. Commitment to Safety

  • Punctuality & Injury Prevention: For the safety of our students, please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Proper stretching is a reflection of a ready mind and is essential to prevent injuries.

  • Late Entry Policy: To maintain the focus and safety of the class, late entries (especially to Sparring Class) may be restricted.

  • Visitor Responsibility: Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the conduct and safety of non-training siblings and guests.

  • Facility Harmony: Spectators must remain in the designated waiting area. Running or horseplay in common areas is strictly prohibited to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

3. Membership & Communication

  • Parental Responsibility: We communicate important updates via Email, Facebook, and Dojang Flyers. It is the parent's responsibility to regularly check these channels to stay informed about school events and policies.

  • Attendance: Please notify the school of any absences to help us plan makeup sessions effectively.

  • Extended Absences: For absences of 2 weeks or more, please discuss membership credits with us in advance of the absence.

4. Termination & Refund Policy

  • Right to Terminate: Sky Martial Arts reserves the right to terminate membership immediately, without prior notice, if a student or parent/guardian violates school rules or engages in disruptive behavior.

  • No Refund Rule: In the event of termination due to misconduct or rule violations, no refunds will be issued for any prepaid fees or remaining membership terms.
